Fusion Assets stepped in to unlock the site by undertaking a package of enabling works, including ground remediation, site clearance and full servicing. Fusion created a serviced, development-ready site capable of accommodating a variety of new build industrial and business accommodation with planning consent is in place for flexible Class 4 and 5 space. The development has recently been sold for the development of a new state of the art datacentre campus representing how targeted public-sector intervention can unlock complex brownfield land and prepare it for future economic growth.
