Ravenscraig Enterprise Park Officially Launched
Fusion Assets is delighted to announce the launch of Ravenscraig Enterprise Park, with construction now well underway on site at the former Ravenscraig steelworks in Motherwell.
The new development will deliver a range of modern commercial and industrial units from 2,200 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft, creating high-quality business space within one of Scotland’s most significant regeneration locations.
The project is being funded through The Scottish Government’s Vacant and Derelict Land Fund and the Glasgow City Region Enabling Commercial Space Programme, both via North Lanarkshire Council.
As part of the launch, new branding and marketing materials have been developed for Ravenscraig Enterprise Park, reflecting the continued evolution and regeneration of the wider Ravenscraig site. Construction is progressing well, with the units due for completion by the end of September this year.
