Fusion Assets is pleased to see strong progress being made by Luddon Construction Limited on our new multi-let industrial development at the former Ravenscraig steelworks site in Motherwell.
The development is being delivered with support from the Glasgow City Region Enabling Commercial Space initiative and North Lanarkshire Council’s Vacant and Derelict Land programme, with funding provided by The Scottish Government.
Once complete, the scheme will provide a range of high-quality commercial units from 2,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft, supporting business growth and investment within the area.
Construction is progressing well, with the first phase due for completion by the end of the year. A second phase of development is planned to follow.
