Fusion Assets is delighted to announce that it has been granted detailed planning approval for the latest phase of development at Gartcosh Industrial Park in North Lanarkshire. Well done and a big thank you to the planning and design team.
Phase 4 will consist of a stand-alone 40,000 square foot industrial unit with its own dedicated yard space. The building will be constructed on a speculative basis and designed to a high specification with a target EPC A rating, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, manufacturing and logistics users.
