New tenant at Link Park, Newhouse

Fusion Assets is delighted to welcome Ritchie Precision to North Lanarkshire. The advanced engineering company has taken a 10-year lease of the newly completed Building 3 at Link Park, Newhouse. The company will relocate its manufacturing base and head office from Livingston into a state-of-the-art new facility at Link Park bringing around 50 staff to North Lanarkshire.

The 19,417 sqft building was developed by Fusion Assets and completed at the start of December 2025. The new unit, which is net zero carbon enabled, was placed under offer shortly before completion and the quick letting is testimony to the site’s excellent location, energy saving specification and quality of building product.

The land at Link Park was a long term derelict site prior to being remediated and developed out as a major new manufacturing and logistics location by Fusion Assets, with financial support from North Lanarkshire Council and The Scottish Government’s Vacant and Derelict Land Fund.
