Fusion Assets is delighted to announce the promotion of Martin Smith to Development Director with the company.
Martin joined Fusion Assets in May 2021 as Development Manager and has been working on a number of key projects since then, including the acquisition of Plot 1 at the former Ravenscraig steelworks site, putting in place the enabling works for Phases 3 and 4 at Gartcosh Industrial Park and the construction and letting of Building 2 at Link Park, Newhouse.
As part of his new remit, Martin will have an increased responsibility for securing funding and investment for the company.
