As part of Fusion Assets’ 20th anniversary celebrations, we are reflecting on the regeneration and development projects delivered across North Lanarkshire over the past two decades.
Since 2006, our focus has been on bringing vacant and derelict land back into productive use, unlocking development opportunities, and supporting long-term economic growth across the region.
Over the years, Fusion Assets has helped deliver a wide range of commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments, creating investment opportunities, supporting businesses and helping to transform key sites throughout North Lanarkshire.
