Building works complete at Link Park, Newhouse

Muir Group have delivered an early Xmas present to Fusion Assets with Building 3 at Link Park, Newhouse completed ahead of schedule. The building has been designed and constructed to be net zero carbon enabled, making use of the latest energy saving materials and equipment including photo voltaic panels on the roof, electric vehicle charging points and high-performance insulation and glazing.

During the building work Muir Construction have sought to employ local suppliers and sub-contractors and delivered a schools engagement programme in construction employment, as part of a local community benefits package.

As an additional Christmas bonus, thanks to the work of Iain Davidson at Colliers, the new 19,375 sqft unit is under offer at completion.
