Development
Planning consent for 40,817 sq ft of industrial space has been secured by Fusion Assets and an advanced package of infrastructure works undertaken to address ground remediation and site servicing. Following a tender process, CBC have been appointed as preferred development partner for this scheme.

The proposed accommodation will be in three blocks of industrial units in a terrace layout, capable of subdivision, resulting in a range of units from 1,500 sqft to 5,000 sqft for sale or to lease.
