Lanarkshire Enterprise Park has been launched by Fusion Assets following the designation of a new Life Sciences Enterprise Area based around the BioCity Campus in North Lanarkshire.
The undeveloped site within the adjacent Dunalastair Industrial Estate was originally purchased by Fusion Assets from BioCity Scotland and is included within the boundary of the new Enterprise Area.
