Fusion Assets is delighted to announce that well established local company, Lanarkshire Care Partners and new start up business, Keystone Training Services, will be moving into Enterprise House. The office building situated at Drumpellier Business Park, Coatbridge was developed by Fusion Assets and Ogilvie Group with funding from the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund. Both the new tenants are taking 1,800 sqft office suites on the first floor of the building which leaves just one suite remaining.

The company, which will trade as Swagelok, have leased a 10,000 sqft unit as its new training and distribution centre for Scotland. Construction work is well underway on the first phase of development at Gartcosh Industrial Park. The new 18,000 sqft unit is being built by Gartcosh Estates LLP – a joint venture between Fusion Assets and Edinburgh based developer J Smart & Co.
The first unit occupies a prime position at the entrance to Gartcosh Industrial Park, just of Junction 2A on the M73 and is scheduled for completion in March 2019. Colliers International are appointed as the marketing agents.
The first half of 2018 has proved to be very successful for Fusion Assets development at Western Campus, Strathclyde Business Park, with a host of new lettings concluded. New tenants signing up this year include Freedom Group, Belac Ltd, PDI Decorators and Yo Retail, with a further two units currently under offer.
