Glenallachie Distrillers Company has taken a lease on an additional 1,800 sqft unit in order to fulfil their growth plans. Glenallachie were the first tenants to move into Enterprise House when it was completed. Planning Approval for Second Phase of Development at Link Park, Newhouse

Fusion Assets has received detailed planning permission for the next phase of development on its site at Link Park, Newhouse. The planning approval is for two new industrial buildings of 15,000 sqft and 20,000 sqft with dedicated yards. The plot of land overlooks the M8 motorway at Newhouse Industrial Estate on a brownfield site next to the Co-Op Distribution Facility.

Investment Sale of Western Campus

Fusion Assets is delighted to announce the sale of its completed development at Western Campus, Strathclyde Business Park, to Stenprop Ltd – a UK listed property investment company.

 

Western Campus was developed through a joint venture with Glasgow based CBC with loan finance provided through SPRUCE – the urban regeneration fund established by the Scottish Government and European Investment Bank.
