The company’s acquisition programme has continued successfully into 2015 with the purchase of a second development plot at Newhouse to create a major new 18 acre industrial and logistics location which is being marketed as Link Park. Located next to the new Co-Op distribution facility, with direct frontage onto the M8 motorway, the site has been acquired from Saltire Developments.

Fusion Assets has been awarded funding of £1,116,591 from the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund to establish a new flagship Enterprise Centre. The new 8,000 sqft facility will provide office accommodation for local businesses and start-up companies and will kick start the development of Drumpellier Business Park in Coatbridge. Construction of the new development is scheduled to begin in Spring 2015 and will be taken forward by Fusion Assets in partnership with Ogilvie Group.
