Fusion Assets acquired an 8 acre brownfield site at Newhouse, adjacent to the M8 in early 2014, which is now being marketed as Link Park. Detailed planning permission has now been secured for an industrial scheme consisting of four industrial units totalling 61,000sqft.
Luddon Construction have now been appointed by Fusion Assets to carry out a programme of advanced infrastructure works funded by the Scottish Government’s Vacant and Derelict Land Fund. The works will be completed by April 2015 to create a “development ready” site.
