The company’s acquisition programme has continued successfully into 2015 with the purchase of a second development plot at Newhouse to create a major new 18 acre industrial and logistics location which is being marketed as Link Park. Located next to the new Co-Op distribution facility, with direct frontage onto the M8 motorway, the site has been acquired from Saltire Developments.
Together the two plots of land at Newhouse will be able to accommodate a total of 120,000 sqft of industrial and distribution floorspace over a range of unit sizes, all with dedicated yards. Fusion Assets have appointed contractors to undertake ground remediation works prior to a package of advanced infrastructure work being carried out later this year to create a platformed and fully serviced site ready for development.
