Fusion Assets has been awarded funding of £1,116,591 from the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund to establish a new flagship Enterprise Centre. The new 8,000 sqft facility will provide office accommodation for local businesses and start-up companies and will kick start the development of Drumpellier Business Park in Coatbridge. Construction of the new development is scheduled to begin in Spring 2015 and will be taken forward by Fusion Assets in partnership with Ogilvie Group.
The Regeneration Capital Grant Fund is open to all 32 Scottish local authorities, Urban Regeneration Companies and other Special Purpose Vehicles. Fusion Assets was one of 18 projects to receive grant funding to deliver new and improved infrastructure that helps create sustainable urban regeneration.
