Fusion Assets has launched a tender process to select a joint venture partner to help develop it’s latest industrial scheme at Link Park, Newhouse. The 8 acre site – known as Plot A2, forms the second phase of development at Link Park and has detailed planning approval in place for 60,000 sqft of manufacturing, distribution and logistics space. Fusion Assets has completed a package of enabling works funded by the Scottish Government through the North Lanarkshire Vacant and Derelict Land Fund, to create a fully serviced and development ready site.
Link Park occupies the last remaining plot of undeveloped land on the south side of the M8, between Junction 6 and 6A, where adjacent occupiers include WH Malcom, Co-Op Distribution and Brake Bros. Fusion Assets are looking for a potential joint venture partner to take forward either a single user or multi-let development on the site.
